    1. Delman.io collects personal information in support of its mission to help people see and understand their data. This personal information is collected through a variety of ways. You provide some information directly to us; we receive some information when you visit our website or use our products and services; and we receive some information from third parties. The categories of information we collect will depend on your interactions with Delman.io: Contact information. Name, title, email address, phone number, and usernames and passwords.

    2. If you participate in a Delman.io research focus group, then you will have the option to provide further information, such as:

      • inferred and derived information;
      • data such as propensities and attributes that Delman.io generates to help us understand you and your preferences;

    6. Images, video and recordings. Pictures, videos or audio recordings may be collected by Delman.io. For example, if you attend a Delman.io event, your image may be captured in a photo or video. If you call Delman.io customer support, your call may be recorded. If you decline to provide your personal information or ask us to delete it, we may be unable to continue to provide or support our products or services.

If you choose to use our website, product, and our service, this implies that you agree to our policy regarding your personal data collection, storage, usage, processing, transfer, disclosure, and protection.     • We provide personal information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Delman.io to provide us with services. For example, we share contact information with our training and certification partners,our reseller and service partners, our data storage, customer support and marketing vendors, and with our software providers.   5. Storage and Security of Your Personal Information

    1. We have reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to help safeguard your personal information. However, you should know that no company, including Delman.io, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information. To help protect yourself, use a strong password, do not use the same passwords to access your Delman.io accounts that you use with other accounts or services, and protect your usernames and passwords to help prevent others from accessing your accounts and services.

    2. We offer you the ability to post information and exchange ideas through our websites and other services such as Delman.io Public. Because your posts and information shared through Delman.io Public are public and can be seen by others, we caution all users to consider what they post and not to disclose any personal information. Delman.io will not be responsible in the event that you disclose personal information in your posts, through our public services or during any other communication with other website users.

    3. Information collected by Delman.io or on our behalf may be stored on our servers, and may be transferred to, accessed from, or stored and processed in Singapore and Indonesia.

    1. Our marketing emails permit you to opt-out of receiving further marketing emails.

    2. You may also contact us at contact@delman.io at any time to let us know that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails. If you opt out but are a current customer, we will still send you transactional emails. Transactional emails are necessary communications about your accounts and our business dealings with you, such as renewals and updates, and, as allowed by applicable law, requests for your participation in surveys.

    2. As a note, there is no internet data transfer protocol nor electronic data storage protocol that is 100% secure and reliable at the time this Privacy Policy is made. Even though we will protect your personal data, with encryption for example, we can not guarantee your personal information security that is sent through our website, product or services. Therefore, we do not guarantee absolute security and any data transmission is your own risk.

Please note that third party websites are not operated by us, such that we suggest that you review their Privacy Policy.   9. Third Party Personal Data Managed by You
    1. In accordance with the agreement between you and us, you may share, reveal or process third party’s personal data that you have gathered outside of our product and service, with us while using our product and services. Through this agreement, you are stating to have the consent of third parties to share, reveal and process third party’s personal data with us. You are obligated to keep third party’s personal data security and privacy, in accordance with your Privacy Policy and you are stating to release us from any cost, lawsuit, fine and sanction in consequence of revealing and sharing third party’s personal data to us.
    2. We are not responsible for any third party’s personal data breach that you share, reveal, or process with us that is caused by your negligence, while using our products and services.
